Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your FateTalk account and associated data at any time.
In the app
- Open Profile → Account Settings.
- Contact support to request deletion (in-app deletion may be offered in a future update).
By email
Email support@monovi.com.tr from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and process the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and authentication identity
- Profile data (birth details, focus areas)
- Readings, oracle chat history, and credit transactions
- Push notification tokens
What we may retain
We may retain limited records required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, purchase records) for as long as required by law. Purchased credits are forfeited on deletion and are non-refundable.
Timing
Requests are processed within 30 days.
