Terms of Use
Effective date: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile game Half: Cut in Two ("the App"), provided by Monovi ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with it, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted.
In-app purchases
- The App offers optional purchases, such as "Remove Ads". Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests are handled by them, not by us.
- Purchased items are licensed to you for use within the App. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- You can restore non-consumable purchases on a new device with Settings → Restore purchases, using the same store account.
- "Remove Ads" removes interstitial ads. Optional rewarded videos (for example, "Continue") remain available if you choose to watch them.
Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads from third parties, such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and products they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows this
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use tools that interfere with the App or its ads
- Use the App in any unlawful way
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, artwork, code, sounds and the "Half" name and logo, belongs to Monovi or its licensors. Some audio is used under open licenses (such as CC0). These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.
Game data
Your scores, progress and settings are stored only on your device. We cannot recover them if you delete the App or lose your device. Purchases can be restored as described above.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monovi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
