Playbench Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Playbench mobile application and related services (“Playbench,” “Service”). By creating an account or using Playbench, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Playbench is operated by Monovi. Playbench lets users create, generate, publish, and play AI-assisted games and related content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Playbench. If you use Playbench on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate account information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.

4. Credits and Purchases

Playbench may offer consumable in-app credits used for AI generation and related features.

  • Credits are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Credits are one-time digital items for use in Playbench and generally do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by Apple, Google, or applicable law
  • Pricing shown in the app may be a fallback; the store price controls at checkout

Restore purchases may re-verify existing receipts. It does not recreate unused credits if they were already consumed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Playbench for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service
  • Circumvent credit systems, rate limits, or security controls
  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise prohibited
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules were violated.

6. User Content and AI Output

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to these Terms.

You grant Monovi a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate Playbench (including AI generation, storage, publishing, and moderation).

AI-generated games and assets may be imperfect, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

If you publish content, you represent that you have the rights needed to publish it and that it does not violate law or these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Playbench, including its branding, software, and design, is owned by Monovi or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Playbench to you.

8. Third-Party Services

Playbench uses third-party services such as authentication providers, app stores, cloud infrastructure, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

Playbench is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monovi and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Playbench will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Playbench at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
