This page explains how to delete your TalkActive account and related personal data.

Delete from the app (recommended)

  1. Open TalkActive
  2. Go to Profile → Settings (or Settings)
  3. Tap Delete account
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt

After confirmation, your account access ends and associated personal data is scheduled for deletion.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app:

  1. Email contact@monovi.com.tr from the address linked to your account (if available)
  2. Use the subject line: TalkActive account deletion request
  3. Include:
    • Your TalkActive username / display name (if any)
    • The sign-in method you used (Apple, Google, or other)
    • Any details that help us verify ownership of the account

We may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

What is deleted

When deletion is completed, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including where applicable:

  • Account profile information
  • Chat history and messages
  • Characters and related user-created content linked to your account
  • App preferences tied to your account

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required by law, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or dispute resolution. Examples can include:

  • Purchase or transaction records required by Apple/Google or tax/accounting rules
  • Records needed to enforce our Terms or investigate abuse

Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

Timing

We aim to complete account and personal data deletion within 30 days after a verified request. Some backup systems may take longer to fully purge residual copies.

Purchases and credits

Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund for past purchases or unused credits. Refunds are handled under Apple App Store / Google Play policies and applicable law.
