FateTalk ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Monovi. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. The app provides AI-generated spiritual guidance for entertainment purposes only.

Information we collect

Account data: When you sign in with Apple, Google, or as a guest, we store a user identifier and, where provided, your email and display name.
Profile data you provide: Optional details such as birth date, birth time, birth location, and focus areas used to personalize readings.
Purchases: In-app purchase receipts (transaction IDs) used to grant credits. We do not store your card or payment details; these are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play.
Usage & content: Readings you generate, oracle chat messages, and credit balance/transactions.
Device & push: Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications) and basic device identifiers used to prevent duplicate signup bonuses.

How we use your data

To create and secure your account.
To generate and store your readings and chat history.
To process purchases and manage your credit balance.
To send notifications you have opted into.
To prevent fraud and abuse.

Third-party services

Supabase — authentication, database, and storage.
Google Gemini — generating AI readings and oracle responses. Prompts you submit are processed to produce a response.
Apple App Store / Google Play — purchase processing and receipt verification.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.

Children

FateTalk is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
